Where I ship: United Kingdom, EU member states, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan and South Korea. I'm a hobbyist rather than a business, so I keep the list to countries where Royal Mail's tracked service is reliable. If your country isn't listed, message me before ordering and I'll see what's possible.

How: Royal Mail Tracked 48 within the UK (usually 2–3 working days). Royal Mail International Tracked everywhere else, typically 5–10 working days to Europe and North America, longer to Australia and East Asia. You'll get a tracking number when it's posted.

When: Boards are tested before dispatch. Orders normally go out within 3 working days; I'll message you if it's going to be longer.

Customs and tax: EU orders have VAT collected at checkout under IOSS, so nothing extra is due on delivery. For the USA, Canada, Australia, Japan and South Korea the price excludes import duty and local tax; your postal service may collect a small charge before delivery, and that's the buyer's responsibility. The customs declaration shows the actual value paid.

Packaging: Boards travel in an anti-static bag with the pins protected in conductive foam, inside a rigid mailer. If one arrives damaged or dead, message me within 14 days and I'll replace it.
