Modern mains voltage can reach 235 to 255 VAC in some areas, while many classic amplifiers were originally designed around 220–230 VAC. **RetroVolt provides three selectable settings:** - 0 V - -15 V - -30 V Simply connect: Wall Outlet → RetroVolt → Amplifier No firmware, no DSP, no active electronics. RetroVolt was originally developed to solve a real-world issue encountered on a vintage Luxman amplifier operating on a 255 VAC mains supply.
