## Description

Two *sixteen*-position **rotary switches** can be used to select one value out of the 256 possibilities (00-FF). Use the small switch to **flip the bits**, i.e. create the ones' complement of the active value. The ones' complement of a binary value always produces "all ones" when added to its original. The **data** (being 8 bits) is on the output and ready to be used in the attached experiment.
