The **IS4413-M1** is a 3-wire 4–20 mA current loop transmitter module controlled over I2C. Generate a loop current from any microcontroller with a single I2C write: no analog output stage to design and no library to install.

Ideal for adding a 4–20 mA output to sensors and transmitters (pressure, temperature, flow, level, pH and more), controlling current-loop actuators, or giving a custom controller an analog output.

- 0 to 22 mA output, 12-bit resolution (≈5.6 µA per step)
- Single 24 V supply for the module and the loop
- Standard I2C, address 96: write code `725` for ≈4 mA, `3640` for ≈20 mA
- Configurable safe power-up current, stored in EEPROM
- Room below 4 mA and above 20 mA to signal saturation or faults
- Ready to use
- 15.24 × 17.78 mm, 2.54 mm pitch: fits breadboards and protoboards

**Good to know**

- The I2C bus runs at 5 V, with pull-ups to 5 V. With a 3.3 V microcontroller, use a level shifter unless its I2C pins are 5 V tolerant.
- The I2C address is fixed. To drive several modules, give each its own I2C bus or use an I2C multiplexer.
- The 24 V supply must provide at least 30 mA (module plus loop current).
- Only the module is included: no supply, microcontroller or loop receiver.
