CP2102N USB-UART bridge with added transistors to handle ESP32 programming

- USB-C connector
- ESD protection diodes on all external signals (VBus, 5V, 3V3, UART Tx and Rx, EN, boot)
- UART Tx and Rx on:
  - top JST GH connector, 1.25 mm pitch
  - large solder pads on bottom
  - pin header
- VBus to 5V diode can be bypassed with solder jumper on bottom
- extra 1206 tantalum capacitor footprints for VBus and 3V3 on bottom if needed (caps not placed)
- all signal names on bottom silk screen
- size: 22,4 x 14 mm
