## Description

Power Pal is a high-power, high-efficiency DC-DC synchronous buck converter designed to work with a wide range of battery packs and voltage supplies. Built for serious prototyping and deployment, Power Pal delivers 12 V, 5 V, and 3.3 V simultaneously from inputs spanning  15-52 V (suitable for 5S to 12S lithium packs).

- **160 W continuous operation** at 25 C ambient, 250 W achievable by adding a fan with the onboard JST connector. 
- VIN pass-through terminal for powering downstream stages
- **Adjustable output trim to compensate for cable or load drop**
- High efficiency two-stage cascaded architecture for reduced heat generation.
- Microcontroller-compatible **external enable (EN)**.
- Power-Good (PGOOD) output with onboard status LED
- Controlled 80 ms **soft-start** to reduce inrush current during power-on.
- Screw-terminal power connections for robust installs
- Optional 12 V fan header for active cooling
