ska 4x panel

a panel of four ska "square kit adapter" boards.

each hosting the following footprints:

    - QFN40, 0.4 mm pitch, 5x5 mm
    - QFN32, 0.65 mm pitch, 7x7 mm
    - QFN32, 0.5 mm pitch, 5x5 mm
    - QFN40, 0.5 mm pitch, 6x6 mm

exposed pads (EP) have their own pin, too!
