• Our Universal CNC Controller version D is designed to control DIY CNC machines. This is our original PCB design, based on ESP32GRBL firmware from Bart Dring and his 6 PACK CNC controller.
• one of our touch screen CNC remote controller pendants (2.8" or 4.0" version).

What is the difference ?

About universal CNC controller :

We reduce the overall size (only 10*10 cm) and add several goodies to the original design while keeping totally compatible with the original firmware and original module :

• embedded ESP32UE 8M=64mbit with external antenna to improve WiFi/ bluethooth coverage
• Glass Fuse to protect the board
• 3 LED (red) Vmot, (green) 5V and (blue) 3.3volt for easy power visual check
• TTL serial port on USB A connector for easy plug your pendant for wired connection mode
• USB serial port (micro USB)
• Adopt a new switching power converted and bring up to 50 Volts DC power input for high voltage stepper motor controller.
• Add RESET pin on ESP32
• Add connectors to directly use external stepper drivers.

About our CNC remote controller pendant :

This very unique pendant will allow you to control up to your finger while giving you many ways to drive your CNC:

• A small but so powerful remote controller in your hand, you can control up to 4 axis directly and view position on the screen
• A TFT LCD touch screen gives direct access to controls and options (2.8" or 4.0" available)
• The ESP32 embedded chip give WiFi and Bluetooth capability, while a serial port can also be used to communicate directly with our CNC controller board
• WII nunchuck port will improve control with jog function.
• The embedded lithium battery gives hours of working time before recharging with any standard USB charger.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

• Our main controller board version D, white color as described here
• the pendant you select 2.8" or 4.0" as describe here(2.8") or here (4.0")

IMPORTANT

This board is rated up to 50V DC for power input, as this is the very limit and for security reasons, we strongly recommend to use under this MAX value, between 7v to <<50v

ORDERING Please note that:

• this kit is provided WITHOUT stepper controller or any modules
• You will need a USB A to A cable in case you want to wire connect instead of using wireless
