What is it?

This is a pre-assembled board meant to be used as a replacement for faulty custom IC 'ALPHA-8921' (also known as 'PRO-CT0' and 'SNK-9201') used on the following arcade hardware :

• Alpha68k system (Gang Wars, Sky Adventure) as 'ALPHA-8921'
• Neo Geo MV4 as 'PRO-CT0'
• Neo Geo MVS' (Super Sidekicks and Fatal Fury 2 cartridges)

Why did you make it?

I did it because the original part breaks very easily, making expensive and valuable arcade PCBs useless.

What makes it special?

The replacement has exactly the same functionality of the original part which is known to be prone to failure.It's the only replacement available so far, nobody else made it.
