NOTE TO CUSTOMERS: During autumn -22 we have had several cases where customers that already paid VAT when ordering on Lectronz received claims to pay customs fee + VAT. This happened due to errors in the computer systems of my freight company Bring.no. The issue seems now to have been fully fixed for Denmark, but still seems to happen for some (not all) shipments to Sweden. Bring is working on finding the bug. In the mean time, they request amsleser.no to pay the claims (then reimburse us later). So please contact us on post@amsleser.no if you receive a custom claim for your shipment!
