The capabilities of the MoreSense are extensive. The sensor integrates seamlessly with various smart home systems, including Home Assistant, Homey, and Domoticz. Connections can be established via MQTT, REST, or the HomeyDuino app.

Furthermore, the system features a comprehensive web interface for real-time monitoring and historical data visualization (up to one year) in clear charts with various export options. All measurements are automatically stored as CSV files on both the internal flash memory and the included microSD card. The MoreSense is powered by a high-quality Panasonic lithium-ion battery with a 3180 mAh capacity. Battery life is approximately 10 hours under normal use, but can extend to several weeks in Eco-mode, depending on your custom-set interval for measuring, storing, and transmitting data.

Alarm thresholds are fully user-adjustable, as are the alarm sounds (.wav format), which can be uploaded via the web interface. Additionally, HTTP(S) GET commands can be configured per measurement unit to be sent as soon as an alarm threshold is exceeded. This allows you, for example, to trigger WiFi smart plugs to automatically turn ventilation systems on or off.
