Small board meant to replace faulty NEO-E0 custom chips on SNK consoles and arcade boards
Pre-assembled board meant to be used as a replacement for faulty NEO-E0 custom chips on SNK NeoGeo systems such as the AES and some arcade boards.
A faulty NEO-E0 chip prevents the system or specific slots (on multi-slot systems) from booting.
