This tiny board only measuring 20x28mm offers you a complete package for your projects that need to pack plenty of processing power in a very small package!

The stock board features the RP2040 microcontroller and 16MB of flash. Following design guidelines it's provided with plenty of filtering capacitors on the power supply and for the mcu. All the GPIOs, Power(3V,5V), debug headers, reset and boot, 4 ADC GPIOs, and the full gpio set - pins 0 to 25 - are broken out to small 1mm headers and accordingly labelled, easily solderable by hand with any soldering iron tip, allowing you full access to the microcontroller.

If you need to make the board thinner (and lighter), there's two things you can do to achieve it - the USB-c port can be desoldered with hot air allowing you to use the, impedance matched, usb data line headers and VBUS input for the regulator. You can also desolder the SOIC8-W flash and replace it chip with a thinner, UDFN-8 one - the footprint for it is hidden under the stock one. This will help in your endeavors, for any space constrained application being able to embed it in the smallest places, wherever you need to pack a punch, a microcontroller, whether it's some tiny trinket of yours, perhaps an art piece, a robot, a mod chip to hack your devices. All in all this board features are pretty amazing with its dual core ARM cortex-M0+ 32-bit cpu that can be overclocked up to 400MHz, a 16,8,4,2MB flash in a small package letting you surface mount it on any pcb.

We reccomend using Micropython with these boards, but you're welcome to use the official SDK if you like!
