Description

The RP2040 Prototyping Board is designed to be used in Synth DIY projects where you want a linear power regulator, a voltage reference for the ADC and an EEPROM to store parameters. It also features an USB-C connector and a RESET button.

Description

Main features (if compared to the Raspberry Pi Pico module) is that it has a linear voltage regulator for the 3.3VDC power supply to the RP2040. There is also a 3.0VDC voltage reference connected to the ADC supply rail and a FLASH memory. The USB connector is USB-C type and the board also incorporates both a BOOLSEL and RESET button. There is also an I2C EEPROM connected to GPIO18 (SDA_1) and GPIO19 (SCL_1).

The kit includes a PCB with SMT components pre-assembled and the needed throughhole components to complete the module. PCBs have HASL surface treatment and all components are Lead-free.
