SENT (SAE J2716 Single Edge Nibble Transmission) USB Converter (SUC) works with your PC without additional drivers. It creates a virtual COM port that handles SENT communication in both RX (sniff/decode) and TX (emulate sensor) directions.

The device speaks the SLCAN text protocol over USB CDC, so any serial terminal, Python script, or existing SLCAN tooling can be used to capture, decode, and replay SENT frames. Tick period, nibble count, and CRC mode are runtime-configurable for any J2716-compliant sensor.
