Sprig-C3 is the latest iteration of our ESP32 development board, designed for low-power applications and improved LiPo battery management. This compact board provides a versatile platform for building IoT devices and smart home solutions.

Why did you make it?

We created Sprig-C3 Board to address the need for a more power-efficient and user-friendly development board. By incorporating a high-efficiency Buck-Boost converter for the 3.3V supply, an improved Battery Management System (BMS) IC, and enhanced LED indicators, we've optimized the board for better performance and ease of use.

What makes it special?

Sprig-C3 Board stands out for its lower power consumption, thanks to the high-efficiency Buck-Boost converter, which reduces standby current to just 66uA without the ESP32 module. The improved BMS IC ensures better LiPo battery management, while clearer silkscreen and larger contacts make it easier to connect the battery. Additionally, the better LEDs for power and charging indications provide clearer feedback on the board's status. Overall, these enhancements make Sprig-C3 Board the ideal choice for energy-efficient IoT projects and smart home applications.
