The product didn’t come with documentation to help me install it in my Amiga 1200. I also wasn’t able to secure technical support. All in all a less than supportive experience with this purchase.

This feedback is completely false. The product is exclusively designed for the Amiga 600!
Amiga 1200 compatibility is not mentioned or supported anywhere. Documentation is provided for the intended hardware. Furthermore, no technical support request was ever received regarding this order, likely because the setup was fundamentally incorrect for this system.
