Just what i needed
Even though I don't use it with HeishaMon, it is exactly what I needed.
I could easily connect and integrate the module (with the esphome-panasonic-ac firmware) into my Zigbee2MQTT network, and I did not have to use my own (questionable) soldering abilities.

HeishaMon kleine Version
Sehr schnelle Lieferung, Verpackung sehr gut. Leider keine Beschreibung dabei, aber im Internet findet man alles.
Bei dieser Karte kann man leider den Bus nicht durchschleifen, wie bei der großen, hatte ich bei der Bestellauswahl nicht beachtet.
Habe deshalb gleich die große nachbestellt, hier war ein 5m Kabel dabei, was aber zum Durchschleifen nicht geeignet war, aber das 1m Kabel von der kleinen Version hat gepasst. Verbindung über WLAN sehr einfach. Funktioniert nun sehr gut.

Perfect replacement/enhancement for the original Panasonic interface module
As always for these kinds of products, it is not so easy to write product review so shortly after the item was received, but currently I am fully satisfied:
* Shipping was fast
* Getting started was straight forward with the information from github/internet and everything worked immediately
* First tests to monitor and set some values have been successful
Now I have to find some time to get familar with the rules and make full use of all HeishaMon features

Very good documentation on GitHub. Heishamon arrived as expected and works as da described. Shipping was all fine. The housing is a little bit thin, but serves its purpose.

I ordered the board in June 2026 and received the v5 revision
I ordered the board in June 2026 and received the v5 revision, while the current product description highlights the newer v6 hardware with improved 12V power support over the CN-CNT cable. It would be helpful if the hardware revision being shipped was clearly stated at the time of purchase or if customers were informed when receiving an older revision.

Makes my Heisha a real sugar baby...
This piece of Hardware makes my Aquarea a real family member, fully integrating into my existing IoT zoo.
Bought this Heatpump because this card exists - can't find any better / more affordable solutions on the market.
One problem i had was (hopefully) software related: It hung up from time to time and had to be repowered
to work the next few hours. Some users made the web interface responsible for this.
This was very frustrating, and so i decided to get the latest firmware sources (4.1.7) and strip all (for me) unneeded functionality out of the sources.
I just need WiFi and MQTT, so i hardcoded config parameters into the source code and built a custimized downstripped image.
Flashed via USB, because we have no web interface.
Now this solutions works rock solid without any hickups anymore - at least for me (fingers crossed).
As i said - this is obviously not hardware related.
The solution does it's job prefectly and the winter can come now...

That is the beauty of open source. You can make it work for yourself :-)
However it should not hang. Since 4.0 the code for the the large heishamon is written so that it will not block anymore and I have never seen a hang heishamon in my situation. So still wondering what happened.

Great device
This board gives me all the information and control capabilities I need and more from my Panasonic Aquaria air/water HeatPump. Connected to HA green the pump adjusts to quarterly electricity prices in three steps +3, 0, -3 C°
Also the linked 3-D printer file was excellent. Fit like a glove.

Just what I needed
Bought it in place of the Panasonic connectivity module. Saved me a lot of money. Perfect integration with Home Assistant. A bit slow at connecting to the WiFi when restart or following an upgrade. Maybe it more stable with the Ethernet on large board. But in any case works perfectly and allow me to give order to the heating pump through HA.

Die optimale Lösung um eine Panasonic-WP in die Hausautomation einzubinden. Einfach, schnell und zuverlässig.
Einfach nur, entsprechend der Anleitung hier im Shop bzw. auf github, anschließen und einrichten. Die Software macht den Rest.
Hervorragend ist die zuverlässige Softwareentwicklung und die Updates. Diese lassen sich sehr leicht auf der Platine einspielen. Perfekt.
