making legacy devices great again
I just got my RH1-compatible Display Module (Rev F+). Packaging was excellent. Not even our delivery-person could have damaged it even if he really wanted to. And believe me, he always does.
Installation was a bit finnicky but with the help of all the videos and info provided even my daughter could have done it. Works great and man does it feel great to have the screen shine once it's running.
Sincere thanks and a big cheers to the creator of this fine piece of custom tech.

Great life saver for the RH1
Super well designed. It’s a bit of a challenge to dis- and reassemble the RH1, especially putting it back together tests your patience. But the reward is perfect. Pristine working display again! Super happy!!

What can I say, if you have a RH1 with a faded OLED then this is an absolutely brilliant replacement! Very easy to fit yourself with the help of the tutorial and video a 30 minute job form start to finish.. Super quality and quick delivery.. Give your RH1 a new lease of life 👌👌👌

Zufrieden
Anleitung zum ausbauen des alten Display war gut, an manchen Stellen musste man genau Schauen um die Teile zu lösen und sich merken wie die Kabel liegen.
Das zusammenbauen war dann einfach, da das Neue Display super hinein passt.
Bißchen fummelig war es mit den Bedienungsknöpfen im Display.
Für jeden der basteln kann ist es zu empfehlen und auch zu schaffen!

RH-1 Displays finally replaced
My RH-1 met the fate of most of those devices: almost dead displays. The replacements work perfectly. I guess they are as easy to install as realistically possible. The documentation video helped a lot.

Much needed for the MZ-RH1 !
Ordering and delivery as expected, installation was technical but a breeze, the LED functions perfectly fine. My old display still worked but was almost unreadable even in dim conditions. This solution works like a charm!

Excellent adaptation for a treasure with faded display
Thanks friend for a key module which invariably gets damaged with time, the display of Sony MZ RH1 Sony Minidisc walkman, regarded as a treasure by many owners worldwide.
Having purchased the plus model, was rest assured of perfect fit.
But the engineers here say that the device has 24 pins but the module has 25, and hence needs an adjustment to fit in. I hope the fitting can be done. Worried obviously. But thanks friend for a great idea.
Will surely update the ultimate outcome here. Best wishes for more such adaptations/ inventions.

I'm confused by your message. The modules have 2x39 pins for connection, and they are made for perfect fit with the MZ-RH1. They have been installed by hundreds of users, and there is no adjustment needed on the connector. Could you contact me by mail to explain the issue?
