What is it?

This shield is to be combined with Olimex ESP32 POE board (need to be bought separately) to get French energy meter called Teleinfo (AKA TIC)

Why did you make it?

Following lot of users demands that wanted a complete working board after reading Teleinfo article on my blog.

This one is mainly needed when your smartmeter his far from house and WiFi signal too weak and/or if you don't have power near your smartmeter to power Denky, WeMos Teleinfo or any other type of board. Having Ethernet near smart mater and you done with POE, Olimex board and this Shield.

What makes it special?

It's tiny, simple and so powerfull, works with standard and historique mode on Linky (and historique on old smart meter)

What's included ?

One complete and assembled board with Olimex UEXT and teleinfo plug connector:

• Teleinfo Reader interface
• Blue LED to see if Teleinfo signal is received
• Trimmer to allow TIC sensitivity change without soldering resistors
• RGB User Led

Olimex UEXT and TIC (Teleinfo) plug connectors are not soldered you can select option to have them soldered when buying with or without TIC connector.

Olimex ESP32 POE Board is NOT INCLUDED you need to buy it separately.

Is is compatible with new Linky metering system (Standard and Historique)

Firmware

Olimex ESP32 POE board may be flashed with Tasmota Teleinfo firmware working as an WiFi Access point for easy configuration.

Some letters may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. This is also rare but has happened before, so there is no need to worry if delivery occasionally takes longer.

Les envois en "lettre verte" ou "suivies" ne sont pas assurés. La poste perd parfois les courriers, c'est très rare mais ça arrive. Aucune réclamation ne pourra être faite si cela se produit. Je ne saurais être responsable des erreurs de la poste. Si vous ne souhaitez pas prendre le moindre risque, choisissez un envoi en recommandé.

Certaines "Lettres Vertes" peuvent mettre jusqu'à 3 semaines à arriver, c'est rare aussi mais du déjà vu, donc pas d'inquiétude si la réception est parfois longue.
