It is assembled (soldering required) from electronic modules. This lot provides all necessary modules and some optional modules for battery charging and audio output.

It is aimed at learning. Once you assemble it, you have a simple, yet powerful device with a lot of possibilities:

  • Run Nintendo (NES) games in emulation
  • Run DOOM
  • WiFi and Bluetooth
  • GPIO extension to connect more hardware
  • Lua programming
  • Running programs from MicroSD card

Note that this is not a consumer-grade game console. It’s a do-it-yourself kit, which is quite simple to assemble even for the newbies (soldering required). Its goal is to give you cheap hardware to tinker with, and a ready base system firmware (FreeRTOS based) for display, buttons, sound, battery and other components. Of course you can play games on it! But gaming is not the main purpose of it.

This lot DOES NOT INCLUDE THE BATTERY due to widespread restrictions of international postage. Contact me if you are in England and want to receive the kit with a battery.
