Description

The NoCAN starter kit combines the following elements in a simple kit:

This is a great way to get started with building a NoCAN network, creating your own Arduino-compatible wired IoT network. You'll just need to add a Raspberry Pi, and you are good to go! You'll then be able to control your NoCAN network with a smartphone, connect to MQTT brokers, and much more.

This was the most popular package in our successful Kickstarter campaign.

If you don't know what NoCAN is, please check our presentation here.

What's included

This Kit packages together 1 PiMaster HAT and 2 CANZERO nodes, with unsoldered headers, as described in the product page of the PiMaster HAT and the CANZERO nodes respectively.

You can also purchase the kit with pre-soldered headers for a small extra cost by selecting the appropriate option with your order. In this case, the two CANZERO nodes will come without the 2.54mm pitch 40-Pin break-apart male header.

To build a NoCAN network, you will still need to provide your own power supply, typically 12V or 24V, and cables. These items are not included in the kit.
