Remember to not Hot-Plug a TRRS cable!

Please remember to unplug the USB connection before plugging in or removing the TRRS cable, or damage to the controller may occur!

The TRRS connector is designed such that damage should not occur in an ideal scenario, but angling the connector slightly in either direction as it is plugged in will make the springs connect and cause a short circuit. Depending on what exact pins touch, the controller can be damaged beyond repair and would need replacing.

Normal handling time is 3 - 5 working days, not including build items (1 - 2 weeks).

Shipping is mainly insured/signed for parcels, where no such service is available the parcel is sent as untraceable/uninsured parcel (Clearly noted at shipping selection), at the buyers responsibility. To some countries where for inexplicable reasons insured parcels are not traceable (and traceable & insured parcels are very expensive), a insured parcel is always selected over traceable.
