Date of manufacturing unknown, possibly made in Austria (indicates Austrian patent on the Case) working but not calibrated(can be adjusted with front facing screw). Includes original steel wire to short the inputs for storage. Case Steel Top cover and assumed bakelite and phenolic resin plate construction. These devices were used in a material testing laboratory. Used condition, hard glue residue on the top cover, appears to be removable mechanically.
