This stick is recognized even by old Linux distros and works ootb on any system I tried it with over the last years. it uses the 802.11g 2,4Ghz wifi standard so it can connect even to very old routers or very basic Wifi modules, Esp8266,ESP32 boards NRF and many more. I use these frequently to bring Old Raspberry pis without wifi online and update them or deploy new code to them. because they are instantly recognized, it makes the whole wifi setup on sbcs a lot less painfull.

Speed: 54MBPS USB 2.0 The case can be removed non destructivelly. The USB plug can be desoldered and there is an unpopulated connection for an external 2,4Ghz antenna, making it ideal to integrate into your projects or experiment with Antenna design.
