Location & Dispatch

All orders are tested, packed, and dispatched from Munich, Germany. I usually process and drop off packages within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Carriers & Tracking

Germany: Shipped via DHL or Deutsche Post (Warenpost).

EU & International: Shipped via Deutsche Post International or DHL.

All shipments include a tracking number, which will be provided to you as soon as the label is generated.

In line with my commitment to sustainability, I use recycled or repurposed cardboard boxes and protective materials. While the packaging may have been used before, I ensure that your hardware is securely padded and protected against static and physical damage.

Customs & Import Duties (Non-EU Customers)

Please note that for orders shipped outside the European Union, the buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees required by their country.

Customers may return items within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition. Refunds will be processed once the return has been safely received or valid proof of shipment has been provided

Damaged Shipments

Every board is 100% tested before shipping. However, if your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening and contact me immediately so we can resolve the issue with the carrier.
